Baker Tilly Staples Rodway (BTSR) set out to create a modern, connected workplace that unites their people and reflects their trusted reputation and professional values. Previously, teams were spread across two separate, disconnected floors. The new environment within ANZ Tower now brings everyone together, supporting collaboration, client engagement and wellbeing in a single, dynamic setting.

The design translates BTSR’s values of integrity, teamwork and quality service into a cohesive workplace strategy. Level 12 centres around a concierge and café/social hub that shifts effortlessly from client welcome zone to event and social space, creating an inviting experience for staff and visitors alike. Operable walls, adaptable furniture and integrated technology enable seamless transitions between meetings, training and functions.

Level 13 consolidates the main work areas, balancing focus and connection through low partitions, greenery and light-filled neighbourhood zones. Spaces range from private rooms for concentrated work to collaborative booths for informal catch-ups. Refined, durable materials and energy-efficient solutions reinforce BTSR’s commitment to sustainability.
