The new concept establishes an experience‑led setting that reflects the AA brand while looking to the future, pairing organic curves, warm whites and soft timber textures with confident AA yellow accents for clarity and recognition in a high‑traffic space. Gently flowing lines in walls and furniture help to soften the environment, while integrated greenery and lighting support comfort and ease of navigation for frequently visiting members and customers.
Across the layout, clearly defined zones are designed for service efficiency and human connection, ensuring the AA team can deliver high‑performance, people‑focused service throughout the customer journey. A robust material and furniture palette underpins the scheme, providing a repeatable standard that can be adapted and rolled out across AA’s wider retail network, maintaining consistency while allowing each site to respond to its local context.
This project marks an important step in evolving AA’s retail experience, setting a template that combines brand expression, operational performance and customer comfort in one cohesive environment.
