Selected in the Workplace Interior (Large) category, the UDC Finance project is the only New Zealand project to be recognised this year, and will be judged alongside projects and practices from New York, London, Madrid and Melbourne.
The recognition builds on the project’s win at the 2025 Interior Awards, where it took out the Workplace over 1000sqm category.

From more than 4,300 entries across 89 countries, the Dezeen longlist places UDC Finance’s Auckland workplace on the global stage.
