STACK Interiors has designed and delivered One New Zealand’s new workplace at 30 Daldy Street in Wynyard Quarter, creating a people-focused environment that brings connection, sustainability and local identity to life. Located within Mansons TCLM’s 6 Green Star-rated development, the fitout supports One NZ’s low‑carbon ambitions while offering a warm, welcoming destination for its teams.
Guided by One NZ’s four workplace principles – connection, local, better than home and technology – the space combines flexible work settings with open communal areas, a central kitchen and social hub to encourage movement and everyday collaboration. Māori-inspired details, locally sourced materials and seamless technology integration create a workplace that feels distinctly Aotearoa and future-ready, giving people a place they are proud to call their work home.
At the same time, the workplace is designed for longevity, with adaptable planning, durable low-impact materials and integrated wellness features that can evolve with changing ways of working. For STACK, the project reflects a continued focus on delivering sustainable, culturally grounded workplaces that help organisations bring their values to life in the built environment.
