Communicating cultural origins
Whai Rawa wanted a space that represented their brand and culture and would accommodate their team’s different needs.
Two separate tenancies became one through the creation of a mezzanine between the upstairs open plan workspace and the downstairs offices and boardroom.
A double height area links the two levels and provides a casual meeting and social space. Artworks are integrated into the fit-out, communicating the company’s cultural origins. Although relatively simple, the feature elements make it a uniquely Whai Rawa space.
