Total transformation to a tight deadline
Even with a tight project deadline of just 10 months for the build, 68 Sale Street underwent a complete transformation into a stylish inner-city complex.
Uniquely, it has two street frontages, plus a basement level (now the new home of a bar/restaurant). A truly mixed-use building, it includes ground level car parking with two levels of office space above.
To deliver the client’s wish for a raw, industrial design, the building was stripped back, with exposed ceilings and polished concrete floors.
