Contact Energy’s new workplace at 188 Quay Street in Auckland reflects the company’s focus to advance the quality of home life for all New Zealanders.

The brief called for a workplace that felt like home. Auckland-
based Contact staff can choose where they work, driving Contact’s requirement for a space that staff wanted to come to, and choose to come to more frequently, to connect, to collaborate, to think, to design and to do.

STACK responded by creating a warm, kind, inclusive and authentic space that focused on staff, customers, stakeholders, shareholders and community partners. Design considerations included balancing smart solutions that enable easy and comfortable working with the warmth and personality of a home.
