Turners Auctions wanted a very intuitive public space where dealings with customers before and after auctions could be carried out with ease.

The existing space adjacent the large and very busy auction floor was in need of a “revamp” and Turners took the opportunity to create a new public face and to improve their customers experience. Various spaces interconnect and cater for large numbers of people on busy days. It was critical that these spaces offer a simple intuitive flow from function to function. Materials and finishes need to be robust, while offering a welcoming and safe environment for customers.
