Stack worked with The Warehouse on a year long staged accommodation strategy. The building originally housed 350 people and can now house 600+ in a more pleasant and efficient workspace. Stack created a new space model, common area usage guidelines and a vertical connectivity concept. The trial of the concept and planning was very successful and was well received by the staff. Stack managed all relocations and staged renovations. This complex process also included the building and commissioning of a new computer room and all associated re-cabling and hubs throughout this large building.
We have applied the planning principals to the whole building. The project has also grown to include a major refurbishment of the reception area. The key to the look and feel of the interior is the brand of the Warehouse stores. Budget has been carefully managed and the fitout has included reusing and recycling large amounts of furniture and storage.
