STACK worked with Valad to upgrade 34 Shortland Street.
This work has included:
  • A major refit of the building lobby
  • Refurbishment of lift lobbies through the building
  • Upgrade of all WC amenities
  • Base building upgrades to ceilings, services and carpet to available floor plates
  • A “show room” fitout to assist with marketing of available office spaces
